History of the Foam Cow:
About 5 years ago, several people in our work group were given a "stress ball" in the shape of a cow. These foam cows were very popular and were used frequently. Over time, the cows started to deteriorate and became fragile; many cracked or lost body parts. When this happened, most people threw out their foam cows. A couple of the cows went virtually unused -- usually secured to the top of a computer monitor -- and still survive today
This website is a pictorial of the adventures of the surviving cows and their relatives. It is dedicated to all of those cows which did not survive to go on their own adventures.
History of the Foam Cow Adventures:
About a year ago, one of the owners of a surviving cow (Ken) was going on a business trip to London, England. Just before he left, Ken was ribbing the owner of another cow (Larry) about not being able to go on the trip (Larry doesn't like to fly and has never really left the United States). In response, Larry gave Ken his foam cow "Betsy" to take on the trip in his place. The only caveate was that Ken had to take photos of Betsy every where they went. Ken agreed and off they went.
Ken and Betsy had a wonderful time in London and Market Bosworth and met many new friends. In fact, Ken met someone (Nigel) who was traveling to Beijing, China the following week and wanted to take Betsy with him . So Betsy and her new friend were off to China and the "Foam Cow Adventures" began.
